1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "cs8vip," "we," "us," or "our" refers to the cs8vip online gaming platform and its operating entity.

2. Eligibility & Registration

Access to cs8vip and the ability to place real money wagers is subject to the following eligibility requirements:

• You must be a natural person. Corporate entities, automated programs, bots, or scripts may not register accounts on cs8vip.

By registering an account, you warrant that all information provided during registration is accurate, current, and complete. cs8vip reserves the right to request supporting documentation at any time to verify eligibility, including but not limited to a government-issued photo ID, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.

cs8vip reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility cannot be confirmed to its reasonable satisfaction.

3. Account Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each player is permitted to maintain only one active account on cs8vip. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same or different personal information — is a violation of these Terms. cs8vip may, at its discretion, merge duplicate accounts, close all but the original account, and forfeit any bonus balances or winnings derived from duplicate account activity.

3.2 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cs8vip login credentials, including your username and password. cs8vip will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your credentials. You must notify cs8vip immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

cs8vip operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. Players may be required to submit identity verification documents before processing withdrawals, after reaching certain deposit thresholds, or at any time cs8vip deems necessary. Failure to complete KYC verification within the requested timeframe may result in temporary account restrictions.

3.4 Account Inactivity

An account is considered inactive if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of 12 months. cs8vip reserves the right to apply an administrative fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its dormancy policy, which will be communicated to the player via their registered email address prior to any deduction being made.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

cs8vip accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Philippine players: GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, 7-Eleven cash-in, Coins.ph, and USDT TRC20. cs8vip reserves the right to add or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

4.2 Deposit Terms

All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in the player's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed on the cs8vip deposit page and may vary by payment method. cs8vip does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction charges.

4.3 Withdrawal Terms

Withdrawals may only be processed to a payment account verified as belonging to the player. cs8vip aims to process withdrawal requests within one (1) to three (3) business days from the point of approval, subject to completion of KYC verification and any applicable wagering requirement obligations. cs8vip reserves the right to request additional verification documents before approving any withdrawal.

4.4 Currency

The primary transaction currency on cs8vip is Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). Cryptocurrency transactions denominated in USDT will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction. cs8vip is not responsible for exchange rate fluctuations.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

cs8vip offers a range of promotions including welcome deposit bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback offers, free spins, and VIP loyalty rewards. All promotions are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players aged 21 and above only.
• Each player is entitled to claim each promotion only once unless otherwise stated.
• Bonuses must be claimed within the validity period specified on the promotion page. Expired bonuses will not be reinstated.
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated on each individual promotion page.

6. Gameplay Rules

All games offered on cs8vip — including live casino titles, slots, bingo, and sports betting markets — are governed by the rules of the respective game provider and the cs8vip sportsbook, as applicable. In the event of a discrepancy between displayed game rules and the underlying system, the underlying system record will take precedence.

In the event of a technical malfunction during a game round, cs8vip reserves the right to void the affected wager and return the staked amount to the player's real money balance. cs8vip will not be liable for any losses or missed winnings resulting from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to server outages, internet connectivity issues on the player's end, or third-party provider failures.

For sports betting, all markets are settled in accordance with cs8vip's official sports betting rules, which are available within the sportsbook section of the platform. cs8vip reserves the right to void bets where an obvious pricing error has occurred, or where the integrity of a sporting event is called into question by a relevant sporting authority.

7. Prohibited Conduct

Players must not engage in any of the following activities on the cs8vip platform. Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place wagers or interact with the platform in place of genuine human participation.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to live poker and live table games.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or pricing mistakes to generate profit in a manner inconsistent with normal gameplay.
• Using a VPN, proxy server, or other technology to disguise your geographic location or circumvent jurisdiction restrictions.
• Registering more than one account for the purpose of claiming multiple instances of a single promotion.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the cs8vip platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds derived from illegal activity.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing cs8vip staff, live dealers, or other players through any communication channel on the platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, KYC, or any other interaction with cs8vip.

8. Intellectual Property

All content available on the cs8vip platform — including but not limited to the cs8vip brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of cs8vip or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any cs8vip content without the prior written consent of cs8vip. Unauthorized use of cs8vip intellectual property may result in civil and criminal liability.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, cs8vip shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the cs8vip platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings due to technical malfunction or third-party provider failure.

cs8vip's total aggregate liability to any player in respect of any single claim or series of related claims shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10. Privacy & Data

12. Termination

cs8vip reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close a player's account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any of the following reasons:

• Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or unauthorized use of the platform.
• Receipt of a chargeback instruction from a payment provider.
• Request by a regulatory authority or law enforcement agency.
• Account inactivity for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months.

Upon termination for a verified breach of these Terms, cs8vip reserves the right to forfeit all bonus balances and any winnings derived from bonus funds. Real money balances will be returned to the player net of any amounts owed to cs8vip, subject to the completion of any applicable verification procedures.

13. Disputes & Governing Law

13.1 Dispute Resolution

In the event of a dispute regarding a game result, account transaction, bonus award, or any other cs8vip service, players are required to submit a formal complaint to the cs8vip support team in the first instance. cs8vip aims to acknowledge all formal complaints within 48 hours and to provide a final resolution within 14 business days.
